My story
I started my fitness journey senior year of high school when I really wanted to workout but didn't know how to. I didn't know how to use the gym equipment or what kind of exercises I should do. Being a high school girl in a gym full of buff men made it intimidating to learn. Through much trial and error and battling insecurity, I was able to start making progress and fell in love with the fitness journey. It changed my life, my confidence, and my mindset. I accomplished goals I didn't think were possible, and I want to help others do the same.
